A rainy morning

It was one of those rainy mornings, when thick, fat clouds look at you from above and the streets are wet mirrors, flowing under your feet.
You walk to the bus stop (well, it was truly the tramway stop...) half fast, half slow.
Half of your body tells you to come back to bed. Maybe it's the more reasonable option, but you know you can't. You're already late and your mates are probably mad with you: obviously projects don't go on by themselves.
And while you're thinking the weekend is still too far, the radio brakes the noise:

Hallo
Can you hear me

It's an old song that comes out from memories

Hello...Is it late there

Than you perceive it. The gentle soul of your city, like a beautiful damsel with pale skin, dressed in white. She walks full of drops, mistery and dignity.

Why don't you
Go outside
Go outside

And while you feel the touch of the Lady , even if you know she's not real, your morning has become much more interesting...

Think of me
Only me
Kiss the rain...

(The image was a work I made for a graphic contest in Politecnico. The theme was "paper" and I thought about how light are origamis. The girl in the pix is my girlfriend Gisella, portrayed next to the River Po, in Torino. It was the place where Sassonia delegation took place during Winter Olympics.
For the chatting, I won the third prize...

The song, obviously is "Kiss the rain" by Billie Myers)

Sempre fantastici i tuoi lavori.

Hell, yeah!!! The song is not of my favourite ones, but it's very representative of th moment... Next time, we'll try with something like "un altro giorno, un'altra ora, un momento/ perso nei miei sogni con lo stesso smarrimento/ il cielo su torino sembra muoversi al tuo fianco...": do you know that? The drawing is very good, I saw it on the collection book... Bye
